Sockeye Salmon "garlic", from Mangalitza Wollschwein
Made from tender back of Mangalitza wool pig with bacon pad without rind. Dry cured with sea salt, natural spices and fresh garlic give this specialty its distinctive aroma.
This delicacy is at least three months air-dried.
Meat and bacon from Mangalitzaschwein that lives outdoors up to four years, gives our ham specialties their unique taste. There are also sea salt, natural ecological spices that are used according to old traditional recipes. And a lot of time, such growing of animals, as well as the tire of ham.

Pork from the back of Mangalitza- pig, sea salt, preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate, dextrose
Antioxidants: Sodium erythorbate, fresh garlic, natural spices.
100g salmon back are made of 156g Mangalitzafleisch.
Gluten free, lactose free, without the addition of iodine, flavor enhancers, celery and mustard.
